“Way overpriced”

Old hotel on the fringe of town. It was clean enough, but we were in town for the Aggie game and clearly we were "gouged" accordingly. The average rate on this room is $61.00 and we were charged $170...with tax we were out the door at just under $200. I would stay again for $85.00 or less if that was all that was available.That's they way the game is played in a college town. I'd rather take that beating from LaQuinta, a comparable older hotel...slightly nicer and at least they are across the street from the university. We have two students and are in town frequently. This was the worst value, room vs. rate, yet.

“GREAT STAY”

Very affordable place to stay. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast of waffles was awesome. Hats off to Michael who went the extra mile to text me a picture of the bag we left in a drawer when I called to inquire about it, then over nighted our camera to us. Can't thank you enough, Michael!
