Jardin Corona is certainly not my favorite tex-mex restaurant, but they're excellent for an inexpensive and super quick lunch (providing you order from the lunch menu). For about $6 you can get a fairly tasty plate of food and a drink.
The extensive menu includes all the standard tex-mex fare, plus a few specialties not found everywhere. My favorite items are their burritos and enchiladas, though most items (especially the guacamole) could use a little salt or at least more attention to seasonings.
The Cedar Park location is in a not-great looking strip mall, off old Highway 183. Service is quick and attentive, but not too friendly.
All in all, it's a decent choice, but you can do better.
