“Gross & unsafe”

Rooms are disgusting, staff is rude and uncaring! Floors feel like you will fall through them & they will not fix it or switch rooms or refund your money! Spoke with corprate office & they offered a $20 voucher. This is Laughable. This place is a health hazard! Do not stay here. I posted pictures to show how gross the rooms are

Everyone in our group attending baseball tournament was thoroughly disgusted with the hotel. After one night we tried to find another nearby hotel but there were no rooms available. I had the following problems: The first night, one towel reeked of cigarette smoke (maybe it was an unused towel left by an occupant in a smoking room), only one towel was provided the 2nd day (2 adults in room), cleaning disconnected our fridge (approx. $40 worth of food had to be thrown out. The others in our party reported many problems. Here are a few of the more egregious: bloody bed sheets (not blood stains that remain after washing - sheets had not been changed after previous occupant), smoking rooms reeked of cigarette smoke - no deodorizer. No one in our group will ever stay in this filthy hotel again. I was supposed to be given credit for food that had to be thrown away but at checkout another clerk was working and I did not want to go through the aggravation of explaining what happened one more time and maybe getting into an argument with someone who could claim that I would have to speak to the person who had promised a credit (a young lady possible a manager or the owner's daughter. I suspect you will sweep this complaint under the rug. Send someone to stay at this hotel without alerting the owner. You will see what I mean. P.S. many a/c's were not working well.

I set up my reservations through Priceline three months in advance. My family stayed twice during our travel in Texas. We were very disappointed in the lack of care of the place. The towels were thin and rough feeling, sheets and blankets had holes, carpet was dirty (socks were black from walking on carpet), pool had a cloudy look to it, and to top it off they had cock roaches (did not find this out until the second stay). A family member (who had a their own reservations) told the owners about the roaches and left the hotel. If I could of gotten out of my commitment to the reservations at no cost to me, I would have done it. The pictures do not tell the real facts about this hotel. I can only say one thing RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION WHEN CONSIDERING STAYING HERE.

The location of this hotel is difficult to find at night. An emailed map would have been an enourmous help.

Felt like a 1 star hotel or 1/2 a star. Room smelled, changed rooms twice, refrigerator didn't work in first room, second room smelled like a cigarette. It felt dingy, my 8 year old felt uncomfortable in it. We had 2 adults and 2 children staying in room and it was stocked with 2 bath towels. Called to get more towels and had to go downstairs (no elevator) to the laundry and meet a lady to get the towels. Shower head was dirty, toilet was dirty, pet hair on one blanket, the other blanket had big holes in it. Also found a finger or toenail in the sheet, yuck! Stayed one night, we were ready to leave! Paid $59, thought it was worth about $30.
