“Great hospitality that was relaxing and fun”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 17, 2010

My husband and I took a cooking class with Pamela and stayed in the bed and breakfast. We enjoyed our time and her expertise in cooking immensely.
She had the entire course of our meal planned out with many recipes including fresh ingredients from her garden and the farmer's market.
She is so fun to be around and especially in the kitchen.
Pamela went through each step of the recipes with me and my husband.
The meal we cooked was excellent and we will definitely be attending another cooking class.
This was our second stay in the bed and breakfast, which is a wonderful place to get away to enjoy your family and/ or spouse.

We enjoyed our stay a great deal. Pam was an ideal host. The food was excellent. We found exactly what we wanted--peace and quiet not far from the local attractions.

My girlfriend and I wanted to find a peaceful, romantic place to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. In the past few years, we have come to really enjoy bed & breakfasts in the Texas hill country, and have discovered quite a handful of good ones, thus far. Our objective was to find a place that was quite/peaceful, romantic, and charming. We can't say enough about how perfect this place is for us. Pamela and Tom were a pleasure to talk to and are genuinely charismatic and accomodating, the room was as cozy as ever, and as animal lovers, we really enjoyed playing with Buster, Tigger, and Spec. The highlight of our weekend was eating our breakfast, on Sunday morning, at a small table located just outside our room, under a tree. With the slight breeze, scenic landscape, and tranquility....it was sublime. We hope to be regular guests at this B&B as it's only an hour away from Houston, and plan on attending the cooking classes, on our next stay!

We stayed at Murski Homestead B&B for our wedding night and couldn't have asked for more! The rooms are gorgeously decorated in antiques with a cozy, country feel. The breakfast was delicious! It was everything you could ask for in a secluded, quiet B&B!

Pam Murski is a wonderful host who saw to it that everyone was well taken care of. I went to Murski Homestead B&B for one of their "Foodie" weekends, and it was a fabulous adventure in the kitchen where we prepared the most deligthtful meal. We were treated to a trip to the local farmer's market where fresh veggies and herbs were purchased to use in our meal. Pam took the time to make sure all of the needs/ideasof the pariipants were considered in the meal plans. WONDERFUL HOST..WONDERFUL WEEKEND

My friend and I stayed for one night in April 2010 and we loved this place! It's an old country house that's been wonderfully renovated and decorated. It's comfortable, clean, spacious and you can really see all the loving attention to detail in each of the 3 guest rooms. The rooms are clean and cozy, the beds are high quality, and the bathrooms are cool too; we stayed in the one with the antique clawfoot bathtub. It's close to town yet situated on a large piece of land so that you feel like you're out in the country. The owner was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, the views from the porch are of rolling hill country. I would definitely stay there again.
