“Great Time Here again”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 5, 2013

Very nice place to stay in the Hill Country. Was there in August and again last week of Nov 2013. We had a great time around the fire pit at the pavilion. We will come back again in the spring or summer.

Right on the River. Quiet and quite quaint. Single female African American RV'er, felt safe.
Owner was most accommodating. Quaint lil gift shop.Looking forward to going back.It was really clean. The vabins looked awesome too.

Room Tip: Any rv site was nice

Very nice place to stay in the Hill Country yet close to Austin and San Antonio. The views of the Blanco river from the cabin porches is really nice. We will be back next Spring and Summer. Quaint cabins, reasonably priced makes it all worthwhile.

Just outside Blanco on the Guadelupe River, this place offers cabins beside an RV park. Large trees provide shade and our back porch held rockers for a relaxing spot watching the river. The cabin was simple but comfortable, with microwave, small fridge, coffeepot, ceiling fan and small bathroom. There is a pavilion where our group arranged a BBQ dinner and music. There is a small gift shop, but no restaurant.

We stayed there last weekend and loved it. The grounds are full of flowers and the cabins are very accomodating and comfortable. We loved relaxing on the back porch and having a glass of wine with our neighbors. A great place if you want to get away for the phone, computer and TV.

Room Tip: Call and talk to the office, Addice & Charlene instead of booking on-line. They will insure you...

Just setting a reservation with this place was such a hassle. I should have stopped there. The area is very nice but, the cottages are old and out of date and a little overpriced for what you get. Dont spend your precious time hereQ

I just needed to get away, and I got so much more. The cabin was lovely, with an excellent porch view of the river and the night sky. Downtown Blanco is just about half a mile away, and I had an excellent dinner at the Red Bud. After a relaxing jacuzzi bath in my little cabin I went outside and watched the stars from my porch swing, with a sweet kitty on my lap. Who could ask for more? The cabin was clean and well appointed (and smelled great!) I will return...
