This small, unimposing strip center Italian restaurant is quite a surprise upon entering. The ambiance is definitely of Italy; with pictures of historic sites and a grape arbor down the center, the mood is quickly set. If a glass of wine is desired, you may bring your own bottle, and they will pour for you ($4 corking fee). Then when your menu selection arrives, a pleasant dining experience is most likely. Most entrees are quite good, and modestly priced.
I recommend the GOB, garlic/olive oil/basil, with fresh bread, for starters. Their baked dishes (lasagna - manicotti) are quite good. My wife likes their eggplant rollatini or parmesan. Pizza and pasta is good as well. Service is usually good, but we have had an inexperienced or unmotivated server a couple of times recently!
Overall our dining experience here has been enjoyable and satisfying.
