“Friendly & good food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 28, 2013

Waitress was very friendly & helpful re; our Q's about this area. Ribs were very good, steak OK, brown beans good. Noisy crowd enjoying dinner as there was a group of Honda motocyclists there.

“Was expecting better.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 27, 2013

Had heard that it was good and it did not live up to my expectations, average at best. The best part of the meal was the Hugh baked potato that accompanied the rack of ribs. The service was pleasant and friendly. parking was tight and limited.

“Nice smoked ribs”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 11, 2013

I had the baby back ribs and they were amazing. Love the taste of the smoke. However, the bbq sauce could use a little work. But still very good.

“RUN OF THE MILL BBQ”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2013

We stopped here on our way back north from Lakeland, Florida to our home in Leamington, Ont. We had a urge for some old time Southern BBQ and found this place just a short drive from our motel. We weren't too hungry after a long tiring day of driving so decided to share a half rack of baby back ribs. We were told that this included about 6 to 7 pieces but in reality it was 4 regular size ribs and two very tiny end pieces. The side of fries were good however. Glad this place is so far away so we won't be returning.

“BBQ QUISINE”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2013

heading out of town for a weekend getaway to Nashville, and decided we wanted BBQ. Well to pick a place right off the interestate and the food, staff, and place to be good is almost slim to none,or one would think...
saw the sign for their restaurant and decided to try it. 1st off it is not far off the interstate, the building looks pretty decent(as most "hole in the walls are") and the interior is pigs everywhere..well what did one expect?..lo it's a bbq place.
the staff was very freindly and informative about their menu and specials, and the special that night was spareribs w/2 sides all you can eat. Marc loved them and even tho I am not abig rib eater, they were great(they are cooked right there outback), my self I had the pork BBQ sandwich, with the hot sauce(and sour cream and onion added to it), baked potato, potato salad, and it was good down to licking the last bit off my finger tips.
we had home made carrot cake for desert that totally is out of this world(next to mine of course) and met Red the gentleman that makes the deserts. he was so sweet and shared his recipe....
I loved this place alot and recommned it to travelers looking for some good BBQ that is finger licking good..it was so good we have already stopped there a 2nd time, coming back from Chattanooga....you will not be disappointed in the food, staff or the heavenly dessert.
