“Great pizza!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 28, 2012

Great Italian food! Prices are fair at lunch but seem to be a bit overpriced for dinner. It's nice to be able to bring in your own bottle of wine for a $5 corking fee.

“disappointed”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2012

went last friday at noon. only 2 other tables full but service was very poor. menu stated entree comes with salad and bread. but we were told salad was no longer free would cost $1.95 but entree same price as before. we received no bread. when i asked she said they didn't have any; that the oven had been down for 4 days and just that morning got fixed and bread takes all day. so no salad and no bread but price didn't change from if we had bread and salad! somethings wrong here!!

“Good food - worth the drive up the mountain”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 31, 2012

Wife and I went Thursday around Noon. When we got there we thought the place was closed - not a car in sight. We looked for another restaurant - everything else around there was a drive-through, so we returned to find 1 pickup in the lot. We went in, cute place in a casual sort of way. Good service and the food was great! By the time we left it was maybe 1/3 full. I had the pizza (it was good) which was about the right size for 1 person. Wife had a pasta dish which she said was very good. We didn't try desert. Would definately go back the next time we're in Chattanooga.

“Better come hungry!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2012

I enjoyed Nino's. I recommend the bruschetta - homemade bread with fresh herbs and cheese imported from Italy. We had this, homemade bread and butter that is complimentary with salad and pasta. The salad was tasty - but only is made up of lettuce, cheese, and homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing. The pasta was good as well. I had the 'Nonna's' dish - which was flavored with bacon. Keep this in mind: The portions are huge. For a couple, I recommend: order a 1/2 order of the bruschetta, order salads for each, and then share a pasta dish. The wine selection is not huge - but provides enough of a selection to choose from.

“Worth the drive”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 14, 2012

Had to drive to the top of Signal Mtn to get there but it was worth it. My fiance ordered spaghetti & meatballs. Only 2 meatballs came with it so he ordered 3 more. When the dish came those things were huge! He only at 2 of them & took the rest home. He is a big eater so this says alot. I had the carbonara pasta. The flavor was good but it would have been better if it was creamier like I've had at other places.
