We just had a wonderful time here at The Resort at Governor's Crossing. The service from the front desk employees was so wonderful. We had some problems with our heat but maintence was right there to fix the problem. Everyone there made us feel like we were special.

We just returned from our stay at The Resort, it was wonderful very relaxing, great location , superior staff. We stayed in a one bedroom condo that slept 6 people, the condo had a wonderful kitchen, washer and dryer was a nice added tough made our trip much better seeing that we was traveling with a small baby... The swimming pool and lazy river was great to relax in after touring the town, shopping etc. Stay at The Resort you will not be sorry you did...

For a condotel, about what you would expect for the Price, if you are accustomed to staying in this type of lodging, $125 night in my case. Pool was great for kids, adults enjoyed too. Location was good for Pigeon Forge, not good for Gatlinburg. Common areas and grounds well-kept, although the pool need to be cleaned and repainted. Condo (2 BR / 2 BA) was plenty of room for family of 5. Staff was friendly and bill was accurate. Good Restaurants within walking distance. Room did seem a bit humid even with air blasting. Great if you need space on a budget. Would use a gain if in a pinch

The Resort At Governor's Crossing is the best in the smokies, very convinent to everything, rooms are large and spacious. The condos are very clean the washer and dryer was great. We were on the wooded side of the property and loved it very quite. The lazy River and Swimming Pool kept our kids occupied for hours. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty, very pleasant and personable the manager even came out and held and played with our baby girl which made us feel right at home. The property also offers meeting rooms and fitness center. So whether you are on a business trip or family getaway, stay here you will not be sorry...

My family and I met my sister and her family (plus a couple of thier kid's friends) at this hotel in Sevierville... And LOVED IT!! We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo, which slept all 10 of us comfortably. The room had everything you need (frig, micro, diswasher, washer, dryer, 3 TVs, etc...) for a vacation with lots of kids (and laundry). The Resort is in the middle of the Sevierville attractions (great for all) and an outlet mall next door (great for the women). Gatlingburg was a short drive (~7 miles) south. Price of the Condo was CHEAP (especially when split two ways)... compared to other hotels where we would have required 2 or 3 hotel rooms to sleep as comfortably (at a much higher cost). With the AWESOME pool and lazy river right there... we chose not to spend the money on a water park. The kids went swimming when we got back from a long day and stayed in the pool until 11 pm... and LOVED IT!! Don't believe the weed comments, slow elevator, overbooking, etc... reviews. I went directly to the RESORTS website to reserve the rooms. It is... (---) They have the best deals and you won't have to worry about any "overbookings" from other bargain hotel websites... Again... HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESORT!!!
P.S. If you are Military... you won't believe the bargain rates... especially from the Ripley's attractions!!
