My husband and I stayed at berry springs Dec 29-31 and this was our third time there. We absolutely would not think of going anywhere else. Patrick and Sue are the best hosts anyone could ask for. The atmosphere is so cozy and relaxing. You really feel at home there. The breakfast that sue prepares is amazing and she also makes great desserts for nightime. Patrick is always very friendly and helpful with anything you might need.If you have never experienced a B&B you need to try Berry Springs because after you try them you will never go anywhere else. We will definitely be back again on our next anniversary!!!!!!

This place is so nice. Your room is cleaned everyday with a complimentary turn down service with music playing in the room. The house was decorated with lovely christmas decorations. There was so much to eat! Lots of snacks, coffees, sodas, etc. We payed a little extra to have Sue make us lunch a couple of days and it was definitely worth it!! It's close to Horseback riding, Dollywood, Cades Cove, one day we drove to Rock City (which isnt too far). At the B&B we stayed in the blackberry suite which I highly recommend, its separate from the main house but about 20 feet away. At the B&B there are two ponds for fishing, there is a barn with a pool table, ping pong, basketball, bikes, and all sorts of fun games, we spent one day at the lodge itself. We stayed for our honeymoon and plan on going back next year. One thing I would check is the weather when you stay there because I noticed they are up a little bit of a steep hill and the sign says you need 4wheeled drive or chains. Other than that I give it 5 out 5~!

This was my second stay and my husbands first. Patrick and Sue are very friendly and make you feel at home. The Lodge and guest rooms are lovely and very clean. The breakfast is served with great style and is delicious as are the evening deserts. We will stay again on our next trip to Sevierville.

Had a wonderful stay at the Berry Springs Lodge. We were returning from Palm Beach, and Naples, Florida. It was such a relaxing and wonderful lodge to finish our trip. The accomations are excellent, the food wonderful and Patrick and his wife delightful hosts. Looking forward to returning.

Berry Springs Lodge
Sevierville, Tennessee

In 2004, I discovered one of Sevierville's best kept secrets: Berry Springs Lodge. The Lodge is located approximately 22 miles off of a major interstate and very close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The Lodge is nestled back in a wooded area with great surrounding views for plenty of photos. The Lodge is very clean and offers up a full breakfast and evening snack. My wife and I visit Berry Springs at least two and sometimes three times a year. Each time we visit, we discover something new which continues to bring us back. The innkeepers (Patrick and Sue) are two of the finest people I know who put both heart and soul into the Lodge. I strongly recommend that you visit Berry Springs!

We admit to being a bit picky and we loved Berry Springs Lodge! The view from our room was fantastic, the breakfasts and desserts were delicious and the hosts were lovely. What really puts this B&B above the others, however, is the attention to the smallest details. There was more than enough of everything...lighting and storage space in our room, snacks in the dining area, games, DVDs, printed direction sheets. We never saw anything that needed to be fixed, replaced or filled. Our room and the common areas were immaculate, also. Patrick, Sue and their staff should be very proud. This wonderful B&B is perfect in this beautiful setting!
