The room we stayed in, Raspberry Springs, was beautiful. The room was much larger than I thought it would be compared to their website picture. The breakfasts were delicious and filling.
There are homemade desserts every night included in the price.
The rooms were impeccably clean as well.

This was a wonderful bed and breakfast! The scenery was beautiful, the rooms spacious and the food delicious. Patrick and Sue were wonderful to acommodate our last minute request for a picnic lunch that was enjoyed under a shady tree on our hike. Our weekend was relaxing thanks to our stay at Berry Springs Lodge.

absolutely loved everything--from the hot tub to the great breakfasts- this place has it all rooms are spacious and comfy--will definitely be back

We went to Berry Springs for a peaceful and quiet weekend away from our everyday lives and we sure did get it!!
Beautiful property and wonderful little extras. Patrick and Sue were very warm and welcoming. Food was excellent and the view was extraordinary. Out of all the bed and breakfasts we have stayed in over the years this is without a doubt the best!!!

We stayed as part of our 3 week Honeymoon & it was by far the best part. We didn't want to leave. Patrick & Sue were extremely helpful & nothing was too much trouble. Their signature deserts were very tasty and the breakfasts were beautiful. The views from the lodge were staggering & breathtaking. We will definitely return to this lodge even though it would mean travelling from England & would recommend anyone who is looking for somewhere in the Smokies to stay here. I can't praise this Hotel enough. BRILLIANT - FANTASTIC - OUT OF THIS WORLD.
