Stayed at Hampton Inn in Sevierville, TN for long weekend that included UT football game. Never having been to area before, chose Hampton Inn just because we always look for a Hampton, especially those already upgraded to the Cloud Nine bedding .. have never been disappointed. They always seem to be well-maintained, very clean properties with excellent personnel and are definitely the best value for your $$. This one was no exception.

Recently renovated, it was sparkling clean and beautifully appointed. For a football weekend, the rate was much more reasonable than anything in Knoxville. The location gives you the option to easily take in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg as well as jump back on I-40 to Knoxville.

We couldn't have been more pleased.

After driving for nine hours, my wife and I stopped at the Hampton Inn. I asked the friendly front desk staff if a room was available, since I didn't have a reservation. The room was very comfortable with fridge and microwave. The beds were very comfortable and the indoor pool and hot tub was nice to just soak your weary bones after a long drive. We highly recommend the Hampton Inn in Sevierville.

Just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel. Arrived around 4:00 pm (after creeping down the main drag-what a nightmare!). It was very warm this day and when we got in our room it did not feel very cool. The thermostat was already as cool as it would go. We gave it a chance, but when we returned from dinner around 9:30 that evening, it wasn't any cooler. We asked to be moved to a different room which was done with no problem and the room we got was bigger. What was really nice about this hotel is that they are in the process of upgrading. So both of the rooms had new furniture, new bathroom vanities and the refrigerator and microwave looked new as well. And we did use both of them. I have to say that the beds were probably the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on at any hotel. And they have a variety of pillows to choose from. The bedspreads were white and looked very clean. The whole room was clean, which is the main thing we look for in a hotel. We enjoyed the location as well, as it was not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Would defintely stay at this hotel again.

Customer service was hit and miss. Rooms were clean enough. Better than average T.V. channels. Comfortable enough bed.
