“Wow! But super crowded”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 14, 2013

The WonderWorks is a great place to spend the day with school aged kids. We went because it was snowing, but so did everyone else. My husband and 8 year old stood in line for two hours for the ropes course. Luckily there was plenty else for my 10 year old and I to do and explore. I'd recommend a visit to a WonderWorks when it isn't so crowded. My husband suggested they charge an extra fee for the ropes course to cut down on the crowds. My kids favorite exhibits; Google Earth, robotic hand, the entrance, ropes course, giant pin pad, and virtual air hockey. I'm sure we missed some because it was so crowded. Also a few of the exhibits were out of order. Also the concession stand was manned by one person. We waited 30 minutes for our turn to order. Also there needs to be more seating. Lots of people sitting on the floor due to lack of seating.

“Good Time But Busy”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 13, 2013

We had a really good time and they had a nice variety of different activities. It was a bit busy due to the weather not being very nice so unfortunately we didn't get to do the space walk because the line was so long everytime we checked. Kids really enjoyed the bubble lab. Good place to go but be careful if it is really busy as the wait time for some activies could be awhile. We also did the lazer tag and had fun doing it.

Thanks for your positive feedback! We are glad to hear you also had a chance to enjoy laser tag! Did you know that the idea for the first recreational laser tag arena came from the infuluence of Star Wars? We hope you get a chance to come back and try our ropes course at some point as well!

“Waste of money”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed April 13, 2013 via mobile

We went years ago when first opened and was ok. Tried this trip and too many broken things. Huge field trip was there.... Should have limited amount of school kids. Way under staffed. When I tried to speak to the manager about long waits in concession areas and over all lack of help.... He was not pleasant and didn't seem to care.

“Horrible Service”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed April 13, 2013

We went during a off season, so we knew that service would be slow in some places but this was ridiculous. We waited in line with no other people waiting for 20 mins for lazer tag before my husband went and got the girl behind the concession, she huffed and buffed and was rude because she also had a line of people needing food, to redeem tickets from games and now was also running the lazer tag, by herself. Afterwards we went down to the magic show, 20 mins before showtime they have one person again running the concession stand, this time my husband asked to speak to a manager, after waiting another 5 mins he comes fumbling out, my husband tells him our complaints and his answer is "Sorry", my husband waits a moment and when realizes this is all he's going to say goes on to say, "look I realize you are probably running a skeleton crew because it's an off season I get that, but to have one girl running the whole concession 15 mins before show time is a bit ridiculous don't you think. Mangers response, "well that's what I was working on when I had to come back here and see what you wanted." WE WILL NOT BE BACK!
