Last minute trip on a pretty busy weekend. Stayed here and bought tickets to Dixie Stampede as a package. Room was perfectly average. Neither sheets nor toilet was terribly clean (my husband removed one of the pillow cases that was soiled as soon as we arrived so I wouldn't see it...smart man). We chose this facility in large part for the indoor pool. I didn't realize this was a remodeled motel and that we'd have to go outside and across parking lot to get to the pool (this was probably a lack of research on my part). The indoor pool and pool area was just fine. Heated, but just barely. Kids had a great time. Breakfast is also very basic. No eggs, bacon, or waffles.

We had a suite type room with double beds and a couch. It was a very comfortable stay, we were there for 4 days. Very clean and convienient to everything. A complimentry breakfast was also included which was very good.The staff was friendly.

I've been staying here for 15 years and keep coming back. There are two sections to the Willow Brook Lodge: North Lodge and South Lodge. The South Lodge was the original and has had a total make over. The rooms in this section are called "Deluxe." The rooms in the North Lodge wrap around the outdoor pool area. On this trip we stayed in a King Deluxe room and it was very nice! The room was larger then most KB rooms I've stayed in. The Mattress was soft and comfortable. Decor and furniture was all new. Very Clean. The breakfast area is huge. You can sit inside or outside. Besides all the regular continental items there are eggs and biscuits and gravy.

This hotel is in a beutiful location, close to everything. Original American family owned. The staff is efficient and friendly. The beds are sooo comfortable. Breakfast is complimentary.We have stayed here yearly for the last 15 years. We will definitely return again
