I went with my family to stay at the new Hampton Inn Pigeon Forge and after having a really bad experience with housekeeping, we went on a search for hotels in the area. Most of the hotels including the Inn at Christmas Place were sold out. So, we called the Music Road Inn and found a nice clean hotel room.
The hotel is beginning to show its age but has been maintained very well. The breakfast area is a large area that tends to get very busy during the weekends. Breakfast had a nice variety of options including hot and cold items.
We were greeted by Cassie, who was such a delight. She helped us get a room and showed us the room before checking in. The room was a nice spacious guest room with 2 queen beds overlooking the Lazy River and the beautiful Smoky Mountains in the background.
The bathroom was very spacious and had double sinks, which is not typical in most of the hotels in the Pigeon Forge area.
The beds were average and more on the firm side. Unlike the newer hotel beds, the beds here were not the most comfortable to sleep in.
The balcony was a nice size and was enjoyable to sit outside and relax with the sound of the lazy river in the background.
Overall, a nice hotel and a great option for those looking for a clean hotel in the Pigeon Forge area.
Book higher floor room because the kids are all over the 1st floor due to the lazy river and pools.

We are thankful that you chose Music Road Resort as your place to stay in Pigeon Forge and had an excellent experience. Cassie is certainly a wonderful front desk receptionist and will be delighted to hear that she was mentioned by name. We hope that we will have the opportunity to host you again very soon!
