We stayed at the Music Road Inn for several days. Lovley and clean, pleasent staff and very nice complimentery breakfast inclucded. Close to most all of the major attractions, including Dollywood We highly recommend it for a stay at PigeonForge, Tn

My family has stayed at Music Road Inn every year for the past 6 years. The staff are great. My favorite was an older gentleman named Joe who retired, we really miss Joe. The rooms are great, the breakfast is good, and it is a little off the main drag for more privacy. There are numerous back roads the staff can help you with to get around the bad traffic during the car shows. It is starting to show some age now and it may be time to remodel the rooms soon. The pool and slide and lazy river are great for the kids.

We stayed at this hotel in June of 2012 and loved it. We had stayed at the Music Road Hotel before, but never at the Music Road Inn. My entire family loved it. Very clean and very friendly service. Our children loved the water park and the breakfast. We would definately stay at Music Road Inn again!

We have stayed here once a year for the past few years. My husband attends the TBERS convention each year. We have never been disappointed. The rooms are spacious and very clean! The staff very nice & helpful. The breakfast always very good. This time the front desk staff went beyond the call of duty :) We arrived on a very rainy Monday around lunch. Our room wasn't yet ready which was fine. We always arrive earlier so we can get all the paper work signed etc just in case there is any problems. This day not only did we arrive on a very rainy day but in a car that started having some issues of "is it over heating or what". Not the way you want to start a business trip/vacation. After we were registered we asked Michelle & Jim who were working the desk about repairman in the area. Both had someone to suggest and both said these folk were good & honest people. That was very important considering we were in an area that we had never had to have anything like this done and being tourist could easily have advantage taken of us. Each told us we were welcome to say they had sent us :) We first went to Jim's suggestion since it was closer by. They set us up with an appointment the next morning and even offered to give us a ride back to the hotel after dropping off the car. We had told them we had another place to go to and they nicely told us to just call if we were able to get our car in. We went to Carr's who was Michelle's suggestion and they were able to get us in in 10 minutes!! They were very nice people and had us back on the road in approx an hour or so. No more troubles!! Our vacation was wonderful and we were even able to spend a couple days on the mountains in a "healthy" car. :) Thank you so much Michelle & Jim!! You not only made our stay at Music Road Inn GREAT!! You also made our vacation GREAT!!! :)
