First time staying at Colonial motel was very pleased.. Rooms were clean and rates were great, will be staying there again.. Not a fancy motel but who needs fancy, just a good CLEAN bed to be able to sleep after a day of shopping....

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. This was our second stay and will use them again. Used the pool and it was also very clean.The only thing that I could say that is needed is Teabags be added to the breakfast area

We have stayed at the Colonial House Motel for over 15 years on our annual vacation. We just spent two weeks with them along with two adjoining rooms for our children's families. The rooms are clean and comfortable. All of the staff is so friendly and helpful, they are almost like family to us. The outdoor pool is closed when we are there in October but the heated indoor pool is excellent, always clean and warm.

Just returned from a quick trip to Pigeon Forge to celebrate the end of fall. Rate was very reasonable for a weekend in October in the area. Rooms could use some updates as the furniture was a bit beaten up and there was a bit of a musty smell, but everything was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and the location was good, since River Road runs right behind the motel. I like to support family-owned businesses as much as possible, which helped me choose this motel. There is a small indoor pool for cooler months, but we did not take advantage of it on this trip. I would stay here again if the rate was right.
