We went down over the Memorial Day weekend and stayed for the entire week. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the price cannot be beat. We wanted to plan a family vacation and didnt want to spend all of our money on the hotel. Our son really enjoyed the pools, especially the water slide. The location was also fantastic. The hotel is right on the parkway in the heart of everything. 2 miles from Dollywood and Splash Country, a 5 minute ride from the NASCAR Speedpark and Tanger outlet mall, a 10 minute ride from Gaitlinburg and all of the attractions there, and 1 block away from the greatest restuarant ever... The Old Mill.

The only knock that I had with our stay was that we paid for a non smoking room and we were given one. However, the room directly ABOVE ours was a smoking room and about Tuesday or so a new group came in that were apparently heavy smokers. The smoke actually came through the bathroom vent and our room did smell of cigarettes. That was the only unpleasant thing about the stay and the only reason I didnt rate this at 5 stars.

As someone else previously stated, the breakfast options are limited, but for the price, that was to be expected. The television in room was also an older TV, but again, this was to be expected.

Overall it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend it for the money. Unlike the rest of Pigeon Forge/Gaitlinburg it was quite affordable.

we stay there on may the 10th and the water was not hot in the our shower and the room the tvs need to be updated and it was real noisy didnt like the door locks the room was way to small

Very clean, affordable, and great location! Overall it was a great stay. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick stay. The waterslide is very fun and a big hit with our kids and the room was nice. The hotel itself is kinda old but you can tell they make all efforts to keep it in shape. The breakfast is small but hey for the price of the room I can't complain. The only thing that kept this from getting 5 stars is the obvious older and less ammenities.

We found the motel very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The room had a balcony that over looked the creek and park. Very quiet and peaceful.The bed was very comfortable, quality mattress. Even though there were truck shows and other activities going up and down the parkway, we enjoyed quiet. Location great... close to the Old Mill Restaurant and other businesses.
