“Great Stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 10, 2014

Just a quick stop over and first time to stay there. 24 hour pool was a hit with the girls. Room was clean and had wonderful views of the strip and mountains. It had a great location on a side street just off the main road. Amanda checked us in and was very helpful.

My husband and I have stayed here twice, and both times we were glad we listened to friends who recommended it. We chose Park Grove Inn due to their reasonable prices. There is nothing fancy about the place, but for the price and location, you can't beat it. The beds are harder than we like, but everything is very clean, and that is a must for me.

So happy we stayed here. The entire hotel is in good repair. Loved the large, clean, well maintained rooms! Such a great location in Pigeon Forge. You can easily and safely walk up to the main street to eat at a variety of restaurants day or night. Its nice to be just off the main road away from the hectic pace, traffic and lights. They have an indoor and outdoor (seasonal) pool.

2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2014

We stayed at the Park Grove Inn on December 28 thru January 1, 2014 for our semi annual visit for a winter get away. We have stayed with them for at least 6 or 7 years faithfully. I'm not sure what has happened in management since our last visit but things definitely changed for the worse. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman and went to our room which was a 2 bedroom suite. We pulled back the blanket to get in bed and found black hair on the sheets and pillow and the sham had blood on the corners. I called the front desk and was asked to call back the next morning to speak with the housekeeping management. They offered to move us to another room but we had already unpacked and changed to pjs. The housekeeper came up a few minutes later to look with another lady who could not speak English. We slept in the other bed which had issues with noise every time you moved. The atmosphere was so different from our previous stays and the front desk on the next day was anything but helpful. Upon checkout we asked for a 10 percent discount for all of our problems which was denied by the mgr who would not even come out to speak with us. We are not sure that this hotel is American owned any longer. We told them it would be our last stay and received only a comment from the young lady At the desk of I'm sorry. We will not recommend any of our friends to return there.

My family stayed in the two room suite right after Christmas. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was great with lots of options. The pool/hot tub is open 24 hours which was nice; however, that night the pool was warmer than the hot tub. Go figure. The location and service was great! Near a Walgreens, movie theatre, and restaurants. Loved it!

FORGET THIS PLACE...unless you want a very pleasant place for a very reasonable price. Absolutely no complaints. Very clean, excellent staff, nice rooms and decor, and a very good breakfast. Nice TV also. Others complained of wifi, but ours was fine. We will definitely be back and consider it one of the best under-$50 motels ($35 with coupon) we have stayed in anywhere, It was fun to sit in the breakfast room and overhear folks bragging about the place. Normally we sit in breakfast rooms in moderately priced motels and listen to people whine.

Quit looking and book this place!

Room Tip: You may want to stress good wifi reception locations...ours was fine, but some reviews mention issue...

We stayed 3 nights. The hotel is clean and people friendly. The pool and hot tub area were clean and the kids really enjoyed them. The breakfast was good. They served fresh waffles, sausage gravy and biscuts along with beagels, french toast, hot and cold cereals. The lobby had coffee anytime of the day or night.
