We stayed at the hotel from Nov. 24-26. The staff was friendly each day. All of the guests seemed happy and comfortable in this setting. Our room was a decent size and clean. We did not encounter any problems inside or out while staying here.
The lobby consisted of several sitting areas with one fireplace. It was nicely decorated for Christmas. The morning breakfast was similar to most hotels. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub is open 24 hours. We had a good stay!

Clean, nice rooms. The river view rooms have a great view. Stayed on 4th floor. Try for higher. Would recommend. Breakfast was also very good. Great location close to outlets and stores. Also not too far from Gatlinburg.

I've stayed at Music Road Hotel (blue one across from Music Road Inn) several times in the past. This visit was for business, but definitely a great visit. Check in was a breeze and I loved the close parking to carry my luggage in. Definitely ask for a riverside view room as it is very beautiful to see. I love that there are private balconies with chairs to sit in. The room was very large in size with the beds being comfortable. The bathroom includes a small bench and double vanity sinks to get ready. The breakfast bar was hot and fresh with a much bigger selection than some of your normal "chain" hotels. The convention center next door is highly recommended for meetings (thus why I was there). There are multiple rooms, large space, and multiple equipment to be used for small and large meetings. The hotel is also nearby several restaurants within walking distance.

Open your French door to the sound of Little Pigeon river. Hot tub in my room eased travel pains. John at the front desk was awesome. I highly recommended this place and the convention center next door. Breakfast is very nice as well.
