2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 children all walk into a restaurant and leave happy. The end.
Well, not quite. The service was excellent despite being very busy. I have ordered 100 dollar steaks at other restaurants, and none as tasty as JTH's 20 dollar one. Large beers were priced under 7 bucks, the wings coated in a taste reminiscent of the sort you find in upstate New York mom and pop dives. (which means they were saucy and delicious) The only thing I wouldn't recommend ordering are the cheese bites on the appetizer menu. We had everything from dip, wings, sandwiches, ribs, steaks... and we had not one complaint. We are "local" so I hope this was not a fluke experience as with many new restaurants in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Cannot wait to go back!
PS. I wish I could remember her name, but our server was an hispanic girl who was so great with the kids and their frazzled parents (us). She was one of the better waitresses we have encountered in a very long time.
