We normally rent a cabin while in Pigeon Forge, but our last cabin was a horible experience and of all the cabins we've stayed in, none of them are not kept up very well. This hotel was fabulous! We saved money and loved the spacious room and spacious bathroom. We will for sure make this or favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge and the location is perfect! Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast....what more could we ask for?

Great experience, our first stay in a Clarion hotel. My husband & I, our son & wife + our 2 granddaughters for 2 nites. Our king & double queen room adjoined. Entire hotel is non-smoking, beds were comfortable, clean, well appointed bathrooms, a wardrobe closet, dresser drawers, refrigerator, microwave & safe & coffee maker. An extra cot was provided in case one of the children needed it. The front desk mgm't were extremely courteous, accomodating, ready to answer any question. I noticed they kept an eye on guests comings & goings, as well as the breakfast room to be sure all was well. Beds have comforters with removable cover, plus top sheet & good blanket, clean and sanitary, VERY important to me. A full breakfast included in the rate was excellent, plus they have a cook to make a custom omelet. In season, there is outdoor pool and slide, and they have an indoor pool and hot tub, gym, washers/dryers. We left happy, congratulating ourselves that we found this hotel., also convenient to at least 3 great restaurants and a nice 'strip' mall of shops a short walk across the parking lot, also a mini-golf park. We give the Clarion Inn 5 STARS!

This is our 2nd stay at the clarion in pigeon forge on thanksgiving. It was perfect just like last year. Check in is quick, hotel has the feel of "being back home." Decorated for Christmas, smell of fresh baked cookies and a staff that is waiting to serve you is what you will find when you walk in the door . Full hot breakfast included with your stay. Fresh cooked waffles and omelets at your request. My 5 year old granddaughter loves the indoor pool, hot fresh popcorn and cookies each evening. We did miss the singer that was there last year but there were other guest that played the piano and sang Christmas carols in the lobby. If you decide to leave the hotel, there are lots of great places to eat and shop in walking distance. Also a Kroger, service station and other little quick stops behind the hotel. If you are looking for a "perfect place to stay at a good price" this is it. This is now our family's "Thanksgiving tradition"

We made the reservations with Seth who recommended we stay on the 6th floor, which was great. Then, when we arrived, check-in was a breeze. From there, Bruce took care of us giving us ideas for sights and checking in to make sure we were having a good time. The breakfast was delicious and when there was no seating in the room, they set up additional seating in the lobby, which was beautifully decorated. The room was clean, the ceilings were high, and the view was beautiful. We walked to Calhoun's to eat and both the service and the food were spot on.
