Altitude adjustment is where we stayed. Hot tub stunk so couldn't get in it, sauna wife couldn't get to work something wrong with timer. So decided to look out window with telescope but guess what? No lens couldn't see a thing, thats after setting it up!
Overall, mattress was terrible, also noticed plungers in bathroom wondered why, figured out next morning backed up had to plung! So much fun.
Wouldn't stay there again, also wife said was dirty.
Spend your money on another cabin where you can find a review. I searched for one for this cabin and couldn't find one, so letting others know in advance.

Please accept my apologies that you encountered the issues at Altitude Adjustment during your recent stay with us, before any guest arrives we try to ensure that everything is in proper working condition so that you don’t have any issues such as this.

You experienced an issue with an odor from the Hot Tub, there is a normal chemical smell from the water, each time a guest checks out the Tubs are dumped, sanitized, filled and chemically shocked before the next arrival. There is also a floating device with Bromine to ensure that all bacteria are in check. I am not sure if this is the smell you experienced but it is quite normal.
The Sauna should have been in working order and we will check to see that it is. Upon check-in we always ask our guest to let us know of any problems with the unit, whether an issue with an appliance or cleaning or anything else that could go wrong. I checked the reservation system to see if there was any record of a call about the issues and could not find any record. In the future, please let us or any other rental company know immediately if there is a problem. Most issues cannot be resolved quickly. On this Sauna, I believe that there is an outside switch in addition to the timer but I will have the unit checked.
As for the plungers, we keep them in every unit and most every bathroom just as people do in their homes. It isn’t because there is any particular issue with the bathrooms at Altitude Adjustment; it’s a common practice and something that over the years we have learned that our guests have a need for from time to time.
Again, my apologies that your stay was not as you expected, I would invite you to call our office and speak to a manager to see if we can somehow make it right.
