We had reservations at this motel. When we got there the
desk staff was not very friendly and could barely speak English.
The place was not very clean either. The pool area was not as big as my kitchen! They should not even say they have a pool , or call it a kiddie pool! We cancelled our reservations on the spot and chose another motel in the area. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

After having our reservation with the La Quinta next door lost, we checked into this hotel and were very pleasently surprised!! Tim, the front desk attendant was wonderful and even gave our little dog two treats upon checkin! We got a great price on a suite which included a seperate living room area as well as a kitchenette and even a hot tub! This was the nicest hotel we've ever booked in the Pigeon Forge area, and we go there often!

I stayed at this Super 8 June 20 & 21 and my stay was wonderful.
Everything was clean and neat when I arrived and housekeeping was there the next day to keep it that way. I had a king jacuzzi suite and everything was in working order. The sheets on the bed were pink which I thought was a nice touch. I've never stayed any where that the sheets weren't plain white. I was on the 3rd floor and the ice machine was working fine. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. My room was very nicely decorated. The motel is located in a great area with many restaurants and fast food chains within sight. I stayed at this same motel before with no problems and will definitely stay again.
I could have used a softer bed but I have personally never stayed any where that the beds were soft enough for me. Just my preference. I had a great stay and would recommend it to everyone.

This hotel was very simple and very, very cheap. The pillows were as hard as wood, the bathrooms were small, and the chairs in the room were broken. The reason we went to this Super 8 was because it was next door to a hotel that was overbooked that we were going to go to. Don't let the sign fool you!! Very simple breakfast. It was so simple, we decided to just eat at a restaurant! Very disappointed with this hotel, but it was ok for one night. If you just want a clean and simple place to go to, stay here. But if you care about actually enjoying the hotel, try to grab another hotel!!
