“dirty carpets”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2009

the room smelt of urine, the air ran ALLLL night, and a mouse could walk under the door with a top hat on and not have to duck, anything could have crawled in that room, the pool was very dirty, would not stay again.

After reading other reviews I chose to book this hotel. When I arrived the staff was extremely friendly. The arrival area was very clean and offered a computer with internet access and plenty of information regarding local attractions. Located so that much is in walking distance. While I did not use the pool it looked to be very nice. The room was spacious, did not smell and very clean. TV was a decent size, offered an inroom refrig, and air conditioning kept the room very cool. I would highly recommend this hotel as an affordable option and would certainly stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend. We arrived extremely late (about 2:00 in the morning on Friday night). We were very tired and just wanted a bed. The front desk was still open, and the worker was very helpful. We were very surprised when we got to our room to realize that the beds were extremely comfortable. Not like most hotel beds. This hotel has actual Serta mattresses... much like the one I have in my own home. The pillows are thick and comfy as well. Our room was very large and roomy. It was also very clean. It is almost directly in the center of Pigeon Forge... within walking distance to nearly everything. Next door to mini golf, laser tag, Jurrasic Jungle Boat Ride. We will stay here again and again...

My wife and I stayed here for a honeymoon getaway on june 5 to 7. It has been along time since stayed in Pigeon Forge, was a little leary after reading some reviews. We found them to be minor. The staff was helpful. Room was clean ( We had a king bed suite with whirlpool tub). The only thing wrong with it was a little cramped with large table.Could have had a microwave. But other than that it was worth the money.Close to outlet shopping ,dining and entertainment.(Couple should try dining at Old Mill Pottery House Cafe&Grille). The breakfast was more than doughnut and coffee

The pluses....the furniture, mattress and bed, clean sheets, clean shower. The carpet and some of the tile in the bathroom appeared dirty. I really think the carpet needed a good cleaning. Overall a nice place to stay. Very nice warm pool which was a plus for us. Reasonable rates. Would stay again.

We arrived and the weather for the weekend was clear in the 80's. Since it was still spring, we asked if the pool was heated. The desk clerk said the heaters were on and it should be warm in 3 to 4 hours. The pool stayed very cold Friday and Saturday. No one could go in above their knees. The room was clean but they do not use fitted bottom sheets, nor do they tuck them under the mattress. If you move in bed, the sheet goes every which way. Our grandson's bed was a total mess and we were continually straightening the mattress cover and sheet. This was very annoying. We would stay here again, but we would bring a fitted bottom sheet for the bed.

This place needs to be updated, when we first walked in 2 stains in the carpet the comforters on the beds need to be replace old and faded another stain in front of the fridge. All the furniture needs to be replace we moved a chair and the back fell off. Low prices so I guess you get what you pay for we will not stay there again. Replace mattress.........
