Breakfast staff.....Tennille and Judy were great. Friendly, helpful, and kept the food coming. Anything that we needed they were quick to refill. The omelets were delicious and made quicky. I don't like to write a review with at least 200 characters.

I have never love a hotel or felt more at home then I did staying here. The rooms are wonderful and the bed are comfortable. Breakfast was amazing Taniel made fantastic omlets. All THE bright smiles was a great way to start off the day!!

At our check in they were fast and polite, rooms were neat and clean. The free breakfast was outstanding with friendly attendants willing to greet you politely and friendly,it was a all you could eat. Dining area was clean and decorated for the season (fall). Any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly. Housekeepers were super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in that area. We had a 2 bedroom suite, tv in each room 2 bathrooms, living room with tv, and a galley kitchen. Our stay was great we even had our 2year old granddaugther and 6 adults, plenty of room. We needed a wheelchair we called on our way there for it and they had it waiting on us on our arrival. Once again, everyone there was super nice and helpful to us. We would definitely stay again.

Since my wife and I were married in 1999, and had our honeymoon in Gatlinburg, we've stayed at several places, finding ourselves returning often to the Smokey Mountain area, with our children. I was leery about coming here since the last few places we stayed was so uncomfortable, with beds like Chinese torture contraptions. Immediately when I opened the door to our room, we all noticed how pleasant it smelled. Then I noticed how the room was laid out. It looked like an apartment. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff treated us like family, working very hard to make everyone happy. I hope they all get a pay raise, the breakfast is great, the beds sleep well, and we can't wait to come back.
