We came to Pigeon Forge for the car show. We do not plan to stay here again. Our stay was for 2 nights, Sept. 14 and 15. The first night everything was fine. However, the second night I could not go to sleep due to a group of people talking loudly, and partying it up. At 12:20 am, the noise woke my husband up. He went to the door, and a group of people had moved their table from their hotel room and were playing beer pong right outside our room. He called the front desk and complained. They quietened down slightly, only to get louder and louder again. I called the front desk again. The noise continued for a few hours. It was close to 3:00 am before things were quiet enough for us to sleep. I am surprised that the person working the front desk could not hear the commotion before we called the first time. Apparently, there is no security or cameras at this hotel to pick up on a problem like we encountered, and the person working the front desk was obviously not equipped to handle the situation. It is not fair to the other guests for this behavior to be tolerated to the extent that other guests keep people awake for hours.
