I visit Nashville multiple times each year and this will be the only time I stay at the Sheraton. While the employees are wonderful they cannot overcome the extreme slowness and limited size of the elevators. When the hotel is full you may have to wait for 10 minutes or so to go up or down. Extremely inconvenient. Hotel has just been remodeled - but if you have a room facing west housekeeping will open drapes and afternoon sun can make in excess of 75 F (and this was on a cool day) when you return - even late at night. On the weekend I was there - full of bachelorette and bachelor parties and extremely noisy in early morning. With an open atrium, the sound carries. While I'm a SPG Gold and try to stay at SPG branded hotels, this won't be a choice when returning to Nashville.
