I stayed there for 4 days and had a great time! This is a great location, great staff at the desk and valet. My room was very nice, friendly staff everywhere, very clean! The desk staff and management that was in the lobby area was always very friendly. It is a perfect location, easy to get to and walking distance to most evereything! Will def come here again!

Was extremely disappointed in this property. Went to room and it was disgusting stuff all over floor sink stopper laying in sink debris all over commode! They moved us to a different room more of the same. 2 inch dust line around all walls. Sink broken and wall tiles in restroom caulked so many times it was holding mold and debris. And this was on the club floor! Then you add $ 24.00 a day for parking and you leave thinking a Holiday in Express is 100 times nicer and you do not have to pay to park!

Stayed here for 1 night, paid $134 (aaa) plus $24 parking... Which I thought was great considering the amenities and the super location. We were about 6 blocks from all the bars and restaurants. It was an easy walk. The room was really nice, king bed with a sofa as well. No safes in the room, which I thought was unusual.. No problems with bedding as in earlier reviews... Nice typical Sheraton mattress...with all white bedding. Starbucks coffee in the room. One major problem... The plumbing. The cold water spit out very warm water. We asked to be moved to a new room, but had the same problem. The longer you let the cold water run, the warmer it seemed to get. Very odd. They really need to do something about this. In spite of the water situation, I still would recommend a stay here. I would just like to see the hotel offer some free bottled water to compensate...

Arriving on Friday 11/09/2012 at 11 am, our luggage was stored until check in at 3 pm. Returning at 2:50 pm we were informed that we were not on the "list" and rooms were not ready. The lobby, halls and bar area were filled with guests and their luggage that could not get to rooms. Women were getting ready in the lobby bathroom. Wedding parties, military balls, everyone was delayed getting a room. It was after 5:30 pm before a room was available. Our evening plans were altered due to the delay. Additional family members arrived on Sat. 11/10/2012 and more check in delays for the second day. It is not worth the frustration and waste of time to return to this hotel.
