This was a decent hotel. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfy. The location was awesome. Just one block from the Sommit Center and the bars on broadway. I enjoyed the fact that at the end of the night it was away from all of the craziness, even though it was only a block. Good place to stay! Definitely don't pay for valet, the parking lot across the street is only $4 per day and the valet charges $26 for the same garage, just do it yourself.

Try to pass this off as a high class hotel, I've stayed in cleaner motels. The staff was friendly and helpful in all departments. Bathroom had hair everywhere. Old bath mats should be thrown away. The clientele is upperclass but I cant believe they stay here. Rooms are tiny. Had to take a cold shower in the morning. Would rate this average if housekeeping actually cleaned the rooms, disgusting.

I stayed here for a week during a work related conference, plus a few extra days to play tourist, and found the hotel just excellent. The room I got was very nice, clean, high up with a view to the city hall, bedding was very comfortable and bathroom was nice. The business facilities were also very good. I would love to visit Nashville again on holiday and would stay at this hotel again. It is perfect location, while I was there I was able to take in a hockey game and check out some of the honkey tonks which are in easy walking distance. I really enjoyed my time in Nashville.

In Nashville for the CMA Festival, and this was our first time staying at the Renaissance Hotel. Warm, friendly, helpful staff from the moment we walked through the doors to checkout. Beautifully decorated king corner room with amazing floor to ceiling windows. Our room overlooked Broadway and the Sommet Center. We left the curtains open the entire time so we could enjoy the view--beautiful at night. Very convenient to everything downtown Nashville has to offer. You can enter the convention center without going outside of the hotel--a big plus. We'll definitely stay at this hotel next time we're in Nashville.
