“Restaurant service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 29, 2013

Rather than brave a rainy evening several of us got together in the hotel restaurant after a conference session. Our server (Rachel G.) was extremely attentive and helpful in meeting the needs of the group, particularly in accomodating our request for individual bills. Very patient and helpful.54

Was in Nashville a few weeks ago for business and stayed here. I was initially checked into a room on the 21st floor..what a disappointment. The bathroom tiles were stained and cracked and the room looked old. I went looking for a cleaning person and asked where the best rooms were. She told me floors 10 to 14 were newly renovated so I asked for and got moved to a room on the 11th floor...What a difference! 5 star room in a 4 star hotel. Also, I parked at the library which is connected to the hotel by a bridge on the 3rd floor. Overnight parking was $10 instead of $33 at the hotel.

Visited Nashville for a Predators (NHL) game. This hotel has a fabulous staff (Chase, John, etc.) and a great location only two blocks from the Bridgestone Arena. You are one block off Broadway (the strip where all the good bars are located) and there are numerous great restaurants in the area....all within a short walk. The Bridge Bar in the hotel is a great place to chill before or after going out. Ate a couple of meals at the hotel....food was great as was the service. If you come to Nashville to see downtown, a concert, etc.....stay here!

I was in Nashville in November for a conference. Part of the conference was at the convention center and part was here in the adjoining hotel. I spent 5 nights here, and was pleased with the facility.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. The staff was fantastic! And the facility as a whole was great. We ate breakfast downstairs in the restaurant, which had a great buffet in place, and a chef to make omelets.

The hotel is located close to the main strip (broadway) and is only a 2 minute walk from some great bars/entertainment.

I can't say enough about the staff however. I had very little to do with any actual customer service staff. Most of the folks I chatted with were the maintenance/cleaning folks it seemed, and even they could have been customer service agents. One gentleman who had been cleaning floors went out of his way to assist us in the early hours of the morning (i.e. 3am) as we returned from an entertaining night on Broadway. It's funny, but true...these folks do a great job, and always have a smile on their faces regardless of the time of day (or night...or very early AM).

I'd stay here again, without any hesitation.

In terms of meeting rooms, etc., the same holds true. The banquet staff was fantastic to deal with. Great job to everyone there!

I stayed here a few months ago and since they have remodeled some of the rooms, it's a much better property. I got one of the new rooms this time and it was like being in a new hotel. The staff was good and helpful, but due to limited space, valet parking can be a challenge. It's about a 2 block walk to the new convention center, but not bad if the weathers good.
I'd stay here again.

This hotel was outstanding and the staff was very accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and gave us the option to upgrade our room for small fee. The location is perfect to walk to all the local attractions downtown .

I checked in a couple of hours ago, and am not going to need to wait to give this hotel kudos.

This hotel is really top notch, and the management deserves tons of credit for putting together such a great staff. The staff is great. Everyone from the nice young lady at the valet station (sorry I cannot remember your name it was 12/16/2013 at 4:30PM), to Chase at the front desk who checked me in, to Shawn at "The Bridge" restaurant (and a manager named Chris who covered her break) have been the ultimate professionals.

The room is fantastic and recently updated, and the food and atmosphere are top notch. Add some amazing views, and you have a huge winner.

Thank you all, or probably more appropriately ya'll!
