The only reason you are paying so much for this hotel of because of the location. The hotel is okay for the price. But know that you are NOT going to get free wi-fi! Good amenities in the hotel. Room okay. Standard. Shower drain was very slow. Hate standing in water! Toilet was rusted around the tank. Not really what I would expect for $250/night. Oh, and you have to pay to get music on the tv. REALLY???? I couldn't even find a free tv show. Oh and be prepared to wait for 15 minutes for an elevator. Will probably look at the new Omni for my next stay.

Great place to stay and enjoy what downtown Nashville has to offer. Wonderful location in the heart of Nashville. Checkin was fast and friendly. Valet parking & bell hops were eager and fast. Rooms were very clean and fresh. Have stayed here on numerous occasions for Titans weekend football and lots of visiting teams stay here. Have meet and secured autographs from tons of players and coaches. Thoroughly enjoyed Sunday brunch. I always enjoy my stay here and so will you.

We were disappointed with the hotel, ONLY in the area of pricing for type/size of the room. The room was clean, we had a great view of downtown Nashville. Staff was friendly but pass on the food at the lounge. Frozen pizza for $14, yuck!

The main attribute of this hotel is being attached to the Convention Center. The rooms and bathrooms are okay sized, but the maid service is perfunctory. The rooms themselves do not sparkle or make a welcoming statement. There are several elevators but they appear to be programed poorly.

As to the restaurant, the one dinner was very good, but the breakfasts are just so-so. Most of the servers could care less, as there is an emphasis on the buffet.

The pricing is high, made even more annoying by the higher charge for valet parking in a mid-sized city and the fee for the internet.

To sum it up, this is a so-so hotel.
