“Very Beautiful Hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 4, 2012

I have stayed here twice once in December 2011 and again in April 2012, would highly recommend it. The staff is friendly and the decor of the rooms is just like on the web site gorgeous. It is not far from downtown, short walk or you can drive.
The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are beautiful.
I will stay here again when I return.
Only down side is that the bar they have advertised on the website is closed.
The breakfast is also very good.

Room Tip: Get a room facing the front of the hotel, view out the back is not good.

Dear Ms. Julia, Thank you so much for your patronage. We really appreciate you choosing to stay with us. We are looking forward to seeing you back in our property soon. We are renovating the hotel on a regular basis.

We do not have the bar anymore. My sincere apologies for that.

We stayed here on our route through to the Smoky Mountains. The room and bathroom were fine but the bed was uncomfortable due to be a terrible memory form mattress. The breakfast was ok, cereals, fruit, waffles which was enough to start the day with. We too had problems with the door keys working intermittently, which can get annoying having to keep going back to the reception every now and again. The hotel is about 25 minute walk to downtown and some of that is down some poorly lit streets which is a little unnerving when you visit for the first time. The main problem we had with the hotel was the fact that they were renovating the rooms across the hall early every morning, when we asked if we could be moved we were told the hotel was fully booked. It would have been nice to have been warned of this prior to checking in as I'm sure we would have weighed up our options as we were on a long road trip and needed the sleep.

Dear Gez, Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us on your road trip. The beds in the hotel are the Nationally acclaimed Tempur-pedic mattresses and they are the most comfortable for a good nights rest. The door keys are very sensitive to Magnetic gadgets like the mobile phones.

We are going through a bunch of renovations in the property since we have other guests who mention about the rooms being a lttle out dated and old. I would sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We do this only to make our guests like you happy and comfortable and have a memorable time while in Nashville.

On this note, I would request you to give us another chance to serve you better in the future.

Thanks,
Rakesh

Very close to all the action. Rooms were clean, kids enjoyed the pool. Hot breakfast was a plus. Very nice; however, we had a room with a king bed and fold out couch. The couch was older, little run down and not to comfortable but the bed was wonderful.

Room Tip: No tips at this time

The hotel is walking distance to many attractions, and in a quiet area. The hotel is in need of renovations - the rooms were a little shabby, but clean and the beds comfortable. On the downside, the hotel staff were not very helpful or attentive. The electronic room key worked intermittently and was very temperamental.

Dear Donna, We appreciate your time and patience in giving us a feedback of your stay with us. We are in close walking distance to the area attractions and are located in the quieter part of town.

In Regards to the rooms, we have our renovations going on through out the year. The electronic keys would have had trouble since they get de-magnetized everytime you place them closer to a mobile phone. We have upgraded our key-quality now.

Thanks, again for sharing your opinion about us and we do listen to our guests. This helps us exceed your expectations.

Thanks,
Rakesh

We basically booked the room for convenience of getting downtown. The web site made it seem a little closer than it was but that's ok. We still found a parking space and had a great time. I'm glad we had the opportunity to try out their Tempurpedic mattress. I was actually excited about it until I slept on it. The mattress seemed no different than any other mattress in my opinion. We never did get our computer signed on to the "free wi-fi access" It really got frustrating when the guy at the front desk had to come up to our room to try and figure it out. The breakfast area was nice and roomy but whoever sets it up in the morning knows nothing about organization. Everyone was bumping into each other trying to find things. Other than that it was a pleasant experience and would stay there again.

Dear Craig, Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us while in Nashville. It was a pleasure to serve you. We are in very close proximity to the music scene in the city. We also have the Memory foam mattress by Tempur-pedic - the most highly recommended Bed in America. All our mattresses are new.

We did listen to your concern and have improved the service now. We have a better network now and have upgraded it from a 1MB upload/download speed when you were here. Thanks for bringing it to our notice.

Once again, I thank you for choosing Best Western and looking forward to do business with you.

Thanks,
Rakesh

Be very careful on using the internet to book at this hotel. We tried to make a reservation online and received an error that the reservation did not go through.

As a result we booked at another hotel.

The day after the reservation, we received a phone call from the management of the hotel angry that we had not come, and berated us on how to properly use the internet.

We appealed to Best Western customer service for being charged for a room which we received no confirmation of, and was curtly told that the reservation would stand.

We booked at the Hampton and had our usual good experience with the.

Not located anywhere near what I consider Music Row. The area of town where Tootsey's & Legends etc are is a good 7 min drive. No close restaurants either. Hotel is clean. Beds are AWESOME! At first I thought the mattress was too firm and pillows too small but once I snuggled in, I was hooked! Never felt hubby move, didn't even realize when he got up the next morning. Worth a little driving to get a great nights sleep

Dear KyFam11, Thank you so much for your review. We appreciate your taking time in reviewing our hotel. We are located in the Music Row Area of the city. Music Row here refers to where all the World Class Recording Studios are located. We have the world famous BMI building right next to us. Curb Recording Studios are only a couple blocks away. Hence we go with the name Music Row.

All our Mattresses are Brand New Tempur-Pedic Mattresses. They are America's number 1 recommended mattresses. I am glad you and your family enjoyed the stay. Thank you so much for your patronage. We look forward to serving you again soon.

Thanks,
Rakesh
