“King Suite was fabulous”

Very nice hotel close to our destination. Loved the bed, as usual, and the King suite room was beautiful. Bar/Restaurant was very nice. Love how they had lounge chairs that roll up to the bar. Dinner was great. We shared our dinner and they brought it very nicely on two plates. Excellent healthy choices on the menu as well.

Our two room suites sets us apart from other area hotels but time and again, we continue to get excellent feedback about our "sweet dreams" beds. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for sharing your experience with others on Trip Advisor. We are glad that you enjoyed your dining experience and recognize that we have adapted our menu to fit many options including a range of choices from gluten free and vegetarian to high quality cuts of steak and fish. This Doubletree Suites is in the 'old architecture' with the 2 room suites. The main room has the couch, desk and TV on the slanted wall and then the bedroom with a huge vanity and TV as well. This property is showing some age but overall is in good shape. For those needing an elevator, it is on the farthest corner from the main lobby which could be an inconvenience for some with mobility issues. I was up on the thrid floor but found the property to be very quiet even on the freeway side where I was. No notable road noise to interfere with your slumber.

The staff was very friendly and helpful even as I called to extend a day as my plans changed in Nashville.

The breakfast (was free for Diamonds - not sure for Gold, etc.) was very nice. Run of the mill buffet line but good omelet stand. Service was also attentive in the breakfast area.

Pool was indoor and outdoor both. Where I usually try to get down to use it, being in a fishbowl from the bar area was not so appealing to me. It is not very private at all.

Fitness center had the signature Precor equipment which is nice but the fitness center is pretty small for a property of this size.

I would definitely stay here again. Great proximity to BNA, Donelson Pike and many restaurants. Downtown/Broadway was a short 15 minute drive and the same would go for Opryland. Nice work Doubletree BNA!

We just got back from a conference in Nashville. The Doubletree near the airport was a very nice stay. The staff was very friendly. Everyone from the breakfast staff, front desk, housekeeping and more. They were always smiling and asking how we were doing. The 2 night stay we had was very enjoyable.

They hotel was ok but the staff who checked us in was rude which started the stay out pretty badly. The staff that checked us in was upset that we were checking in at 11p.m. and that she had to log back in. The remainder of the stay the staff were very helpful. The location was convenient for us.

We had a reservation 2 months in advance for 4 adults. Arriving late, the room was NOT set-up for 4 so we did not have the linens, glasses, or coffee needed. The room was marginally clean but the lighting is so poor who would know. The staff was rude and unwelcoming. Not at all what we expect from the Hilton brand. Don't go....there are plenty of other choices in the area!

Stayed on "Hilton Honors" top floor, should have been a nice room but obviousl had past/ ongoing roof problems there... clearly saw ceiling patces and repainted in spots, but walpaaper border was hanging halfway down the wall in a couple of spots.... Disappointing. If it had'nt been a late in / early out stay would have made them change us. Otherwise, seemed OK in rest of property.

Overall dirty and worn out, the hallways look like in a motel.
Needs some serious upgrade. Close to the airport is the only good point, for downtown you need a car or taxi - shuttle will not bring you downtown. Nothing in walking distance. Next time I stay somewhere else
