My sister and I stayed at the Residence last weekend, we loved it. The lobby area is very nice, our room was very nice and clean and plenty of space. The Friday night shuttle driver was very helpful. He drove us to the river walk. The breakfast was very good. Although I wish there was coffee available all day in the lobby. We walked the short distance to the stadium. Great location. We are looking forward to staying there again! Thank you!

I will start with the negative. It was a crowded weekend in Nashville and they would not honor a military or AAA discount. The room was almost double the normal rate. All the hotels in the area were doing this. Capitalism at its best but I still think that is pretty crappy to do. Now with the positive. The location is perfect. We walked back from the concert at Vandy Football Stadium and it took 15 minutes. You are also a short distance from the strip and Bridgestone Arena. The hotel is new and very well kept. The room, an Executive Suite, was incredible. The area is very safe and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The parking garage is attached with an elevator right to the lobby. The price is added to your bill, $20 for self park or $24 for Valet. The staff was great! They could not have been more nice and helpful. If it was not for the price gouge, I would have given this hotel a top rating.

Dan Fry Mngr, took exceptional care of my needs and the needs of my group. Being as it was booked he made it a seamless process. I had a room however it wasn't big enough so he found something to accommodate my request. Its the little things that make platinum member's happy. Thanks Dan...you da man!!

Extra large and comfortable rooms in the heart of downtown. We loved that the restroom and shower area we separate room. The closet was humongous. There is a separate living room with a large section separate by these cool frosted glass window. There's also a separate small area with a microwave and refrigerator. They have a pool and fitness room as well. The continental breakfast has a few hot options and is above average. The beds are big and super comfortable as well. Great value and it was easy to take Uber to Broadway to visit the go lie Tonkin bars and listen to live music for $5 one way trip. We highly recommend. If you want a gourmet upscale meal go to Magnolia South, which is right in back --they have the best chicken fried chicken and grits and shrimp as well as desserts and appetizers.
