The hotel is a little run down and in need of some updates but overall it was ok. The room was fairly clean and on the large side. The beds were small and not so comfortable. There are several other hotels in the area that I think would be better. There was nothing really terrible about the hotel but there wasn't anything really awesome either.

Really pleased with our stay over Labor Day weekend. The room was clean with great space for us. It's not fancy, but it great place to crash at the end of the day. Close to Opryland and Opry Mills, but far enough off the road to be very quiet. Got a great rate through Costco. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for 2 nights in July. The hotel was fine, the room was clean and comfortable having a fridge in the room was great especially with how hot it was. The staff were ok but it did depend who was on,the reception staff on the second day when we were asking lots of questions was very patient and informative but i dont think i would have asked the receptionist who booked us in. Breakfast was ok but the room was not very welcoming. Did object to having to pay extra for a safe when leaving as i hadnt used it.
Easy to find and good access to Nashville.

We had two rooms (422 & 423) across the hall from each other, near the exit stairs. Both were clean and fairly standard for a Best Western.

The hotel has breakfast included (continental buffet, pretty basic), laundry facilities, internet access in the foyer and very friendly staff.

It is located near the Interstate and the Opryland Hotel (not that you can see/hear either from the hotel) and is between two Marriott hotels (more expensive options).

At night, Room 423 was quite noisy - the air conditioner, the alarm clock that wouldn't stop buzzing (even in daylight I couldn't fix it) and noisy guests running around in the room above. But there were no such issues in Room 422, so it might be luck of the draw.
