We stayed here for the Memorial Day weekend and it's situated perfectly to enjoy downtown Nashville. Completely agree with a lot of points in review posted this week by Carhartkid.
This place is quiet (except for street noise at times) and the beds are divine. The free breakfast is OK...but....they roll it up at exactly 9:30 regardless of how many people may be in line. FYI.. ..However, you can get a fantastic breakfast @ Puckett's, which is only 2 blocks away (more on them in a separate review).
They have a great, free manager's reception with drinks and snacks....but, be aware, it's only offered Monday through Thursday. Not sure why that is but if you catch it when it's open, you'll be impressed.
The relentless flow of homeless people can become irritating and intrusive. Didn't expect that in Nashville.
We didn't use the parking but based on what we've read and heard, their $24-a-day valet is a real deal in this area.
Very easy walk to everything on Broadway and surrounding area including the Ryman.
We would definitely stay here again.
