Our room was very nice, clean and spacious and the people at the front desk were very nice and efficient. However, we had no chairs on the balcony that we paid extra for and even after asking for some, we never got them. Also, there are no towel racks in the bathroom or by the sink to hang towels to dry or to use again. Very annoying to have a hand towel on the small vanity top getting wet and dirty and taking up much needed space. The location was excellent - right across the street from the Country Music Hall of Fame, very close to the Ryman Auditorium and Broadway where all the bars and fun shops are. But the walls are paper thin and we could hear every door near us opening and closing. I thought it was our door and jumped to see who was coming in. We could also hear all of the street noise and the trains that come through town in what seemed like every 15 - 30 min. Overall it was a very nice hotel, but definitely needs some soundproofing and some towel racks. I also recommended to the hotel that they get ADA height toilets.
