“Best of Nashville, TN. Must go!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 19, 2013 via mobile

Drawing all kinds f musicians to this acoustic heaven, it was no surprise to hear Bela Fleck and Chick Corea together. The symphony center building itself is an architectural masterpiece and the staff, all professional and friendly, make the experience that much more worthwhile.

Don't have tickets? No problem, take your chances by visiting the lower level box office on the day of---sometimes a miracle happens and, if not, grab a glass of wine and enjoy the courtyard. This is a peaceful place in the middle of the city.

Well worth a visit or more! Watch how one floor of pew like seats recedes and a dance floor with scattered table and chairs steps into place for summer dinner concerts.

Great musical venue! Easy parking! Classy experience.

Wonderful facility and Nashville's symphony is first class. This building is simply the most opulent music facility in Nashville and that's saying something.

A gorgeous building inside and out - it's as lovely to look at as the music is to hear when played in this state-of-the-art concert hall. A jewel in Nashville's crown of stellar music venues for sure!

“Pink Martini's Celebration!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 10, 2013

The Schermerhorn was wonderful. Not a bad seat in the house. If you don't mind being watched as you view the concert, seats behind the orchestra are theater type seating with views right into the heart of their work at a bargain. The Pink Martini's were superb! Bright, funny, charming and talented. We were surprised with the appearance of the von Trapp great great grandchildren performing songs their great great granparents performed in the Sound of Music was the thrill of a lifetime. This group is a must see!!
