“Great breakfast in Nashville”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 8, 2014

The Loveless Café is a small little place almost in the middle of nowhere, but is a definite must eat when in the Nashville area. I got a bbq breakfast plate (yes, that's right, bbq for breakfast!) that consisted of corn fritters topped with a huge pile of moist, delicious pork bbq, two eggs, hash brown casserole, and all the biscuits you want. My wife got a cheese omelet and was very happy with it as well. The biscuits are what Loveless is famous for. They are kind of surprising in that they are very small and don't really look exactly like a true biscuit, but they taste just like one and are nice and light. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and we have added Loveless to our gps list of restaurants, hoping for a chance to be in the area again sometime. We were there relatively early on a Wednesday morning, and had no problem getting a table. We have heard that there can be a wait after 9 AM.

“BISCUITS!!!!!! GET THE BISCUITS!!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 8, 2014

If you are in Nashville, drive to the Loveless. I don't care if you have to drive 30 minutes out of your way (which we did), you *will* get the best biscuits ever. Hands down. It has a lot of history and is quirky in that way that isn't cloying. We were seated right away, despite looking extremely full. Our wait person was nice and took our order right away.

If we lived in Nashville, we would be there every weekend.

“Breakfast country style”

Country ham with red eye gravy, fresh home made biscuits with home made preserves, what more could a man ask to have for breakfast.

“Another Wonderful Meal at Loveless Cafe”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 7, 2014

My wife and I went to this restaurant on New Year's Eve last year on our trip to Florida. We liked it so much that we took my parents there on this trip. This restaurant has a lot of history since 1951. The food is absolutely awesome with a wide variety. The Southern Sampler is a great meal. Their homemade biscuits are the best I've ever had and are accompanied with their own variety of jams or sorghum. It's just a great place to visit for the history, great food and their gift shop. There is nothing we dislike about this restaurant and would highly recommend to everyone.

“Loveless equals lots of love!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 7, 2014

Loveless Cafe came highly recommended by an employee at the Nashville Airport. The trip would be slightly out of our way, but it was well worth the extra time to get there. We visited on a Thursday and did not have to wait at all for breakfast. The food was excellent. We especially loved the biscuits and homemade jams. The fried chicken was also very tasty. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable about the menu. We really enjoyed visiting the ham and jam store across from the restaurant to pick up some jams to take home. The attendant was so patient and sweet. She answered all of our questions with enthusiasm about their homemade, amazing items for sale. We learned a lot from our visit, and most of all, how friendly people are there. We highly recommend the restaurant and will be returning with our kids for another experience soon. Taking the time and treating people kindly really makes a difference! Thanks Loveless!!
