“Great food and cocktails!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 22, 2013

We were escaping the crowds on Broad St before a concert at Bridgestone Arena when we happened to stumble upon Etch. The four of us were easily accommodated at the bar and still received impeccable service. The seared tuna salad was interesting, delicious and surprisingly very filling! I can't wait to try to recreate the recipe at home! The Hemingway cocktail was interesting, unlike anything I had tried, but delicious, as was The Don. I highly recommend, but would make reservations.

“The food is superb”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 18, 2013 via mobile

The details of food preparations and presentation make this place and not the other details.
The service is very attentive and efficient.
Would visit again when in Nashville.

“A Foodies Dream”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 18, 2013

We had lunch and dinner here. Both meals were outstanding. Really interesting dishes with lots of flavor...and then more flavor. The staff is tremendous. No rush. Happy to explain the menu and the nuances of each dish. Don't miss a dining experience at Etch if you are in Nashville.

“Totally amazing restaurant!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 16, 2013

I was down for a conference, and I am not particularly big on BBQ or southern fare in general. I was looking for something different, and does Etch ever offer different! Their service and food is incredible! I had the duck confit for lunch. It was marvelous! Ended up coming back for dinner and had the scallops as well as a wonderfully made in-house dessert creation. Everything simply amazing!

“Every bite = delicious”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 16, 2013

I'm living in NYC and this was every bit as good as some of the high-end food that we find in NYC without the NYC prices. The roasted cauliflower was amazing and I loved the pork tenderloin - amazing!
