Arrived at hotel while a youth convention was there. Staff was friendly. Got multiple people check in at once. Room was clean and in good shape. Looked like it had recently been painted. They were painting the areas near the elevators. Overall great location, across the street from the Opry complex and mall.

Hotel it was ok, little out dated, but not bad for the price. One of the front desk clerks was really rude, acted like it was to much trouble to do his job, like he was having to go out of his way to call shuttle bus service, that they advertise as one of there services. And the other clerk was on the phone the hole time.

BREAKFAST IS GOOD. EVERYDAY WE HAD TO ASK FOR MORE WASHCLOTHS. ONE DAY THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY to give us. Internet was not good. Bad connection in room. Got on a few times. Pillows and beds are not the best. Location of hotel is good.

We just returned from a 3 night stay here. The price was great compared to other hotels in the area. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. This is a great place to stay for a visit to the Grand Ole Opry or the Opry Mills outlet. They had a shuttle which would take you over but we had our car so didn't need to use it. It is a very short drive over to the Opryland area. Several restaurants near the hotel. My only complaint was that the ice machine was down on our floor. The hotel felt very safe and I will plan to stay here again if I come back to Nashville.

Nice room, and great location in Music Valley. Walking distance to many things, such as restaurants, souvenier shops, and the Willie Nelson Museum. Convenient shuttle to Opryland. We stayed 3 nights here, then 1 night closer to the downtown area. Great vacation!

Room Tip: We chose a king suite. Nice large area for a multiple night stay.

I enjoyed my five night stay at this hotel, but the state of the corridors let this place down, the paintwork is scratched, the carpet miss-matched. Our room was fine and bigger than expected; the reception and breakfast area were pleasantly decorated and clean. The breakfast was ok, and there was plenty of seating room nearby. The location is good for the attractions in the Opryland area, and it is right next to the Gray Line booking office for coach tours. There are loads of restaurants nearby and the hotel has good car parking, including some that is undercover (though I expect that isn't free!). Terence on reception deserves a mention, great attitude and always a smile.

ROOMS:
Though the rooms were clean, we were greeted by a musty smell as we walked in the room. We had two queen beds which were covered by a dated floral comforter. Next to the dresser was a small fridge and microwave, but yet the room didn't have a safe. We had adjoining rooms and one room had a bigger bathroom counter, unfortunately that was not the room I stayed in. Bathrooms were small and had basically enough space for the toilet, bathtub, and a bit of standing space, but it served it's purpose. The air condition had to be left on all day and night to keep the room cool and air circulation, so expect the unit to be loud throughout the night.

We were with a big group, but someone said they checked pricing on hotels.com and it was about $85/night.
