My family and I stayed here while attending my cousin's wedding. All seven of us piled into a suite room that fit us comfortably. The room and hotel itself was very clean. The staff at the lobby was very friendly and accommodating.
However, I recommend just skipping the continental breakfast. The selection is very good with even biscuits, gravy, hard boiled eggs, waffles, etc. However, breakfast is served in a very tiny room off to the side of the lobby. The food is along opposite walls. The room gets very crowded quickly. There are also very few tables to sit at and no trays to easily take items up to your room. Luckily there is a McDonald's just next door. If you are having to fight a crowd you might as well go stand in line there!
Everything is a little dated in this hotel. The beds are very hard. The blankets were clean but were worn and had cigarette burn holes in them. The two pull out couches need replacement mattresses all together. In both pull out you can feel the springs in a mattress.
Look to this place if you need a decent rate for a large group of people to stay in one room. We crashed here for the wedding and went shopping at OpryMills the next day. So the location is convenient. It just takes a few minutes to get downtown to where the wedding we attended was.
