Very beautiful building and the view from the top floor is wonderful. The only thing wrong is the employees do not make people be quiet. With the high ceilings it can become to loud.

“Interesting for sure”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2013

Great place for geneological research and historical studies. This library is a fine source of material for your work on family trees and a great site for history buffs.

“Awesome building”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 2, 2013

Beautiful building, great resources and helpful staff. The civil rights room is very interesting, with a timeline going around the room. I do wish that they would have more security though. There are a lot of homeless people that tend to use the restroom to bathe and there are some very rude and LOUD people that have no consideration to those actually researching or doing homework.

“Beautiful place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2013

The building is fabulous. Wonderful, comfortable, quiet. THe interior of the building is out of this world. Lots of private nooks and crannies to have reading time in. A great children's dept. A-Plus place to go especially with kids on Saturday morning.
