Me and a couple of buddies of mine recently visited Nashville and stay at the Holiday Inn Express downtown. It is right on broadway street just a few minutes walk to everything. The young man at the front desk was very courtoues.The rooms were great and the beds were comfy. We were in town for the football game and it was great being able to walk to the stadium. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn brand name hotels and they never disappoint. This one was no exception. The only problem I had with the hotel was you had to pay $20 for parking a day but overall great hotel.

We stayed one night at this hotel, it was VERY good accommodation.We arrived early morning and were able to get into our room right away which we didn't expect, plus we got up graded to a suite. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, especially the gal from South Africa. The hotel is within easy walking to down town.( Loved Nashville) Full breakfast was included. Would certainly stay here again.

The free breakfast was wonderful! Hot & cold choices and a different variety of food every day with fruit and juices. Coffee is available all day and night. Comfortable beds too. Rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were very helpful. Nicely decorated Lobby with a gift shop and convience items. This hotel is walking distance to downtown honky tonks, Ryman Theatre, Country Music Hall of Fame and Museums. A free shuttle with knowledgeable drivers made seeing the Music City a real pleasure. Very reasonably priced and is the best value in town from my experience. I do highly recommend this hotel for a business or pleasure trip.

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance (although on a hill) to most of the downtown spots. Parking is a nightmare (tiny spaces, high prices), but you can park your car at the hotel and walk to most things downtown. Friendly staff, clean rooms/bathrooms, better than average beds. All in all, a good stay.
