“Historic Gem”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 9, 2013

Excellent stay at a newly renovated hotel in the Printers Alley district of Nashville. It was in walking distance to music venues, bars and restaurants. My room was modern, spacious and well appointed. I am sensitive to perfumes and chemicals and they took care of my room making sure it was to my liking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had breakfast in the hotel one morning and it was "average". The hotel was very quiet at night for sleeping. I could not hear noises from the neighboring rooms (which is so often the case) and that made for really great sleeping.

Room Tip: Upper floors for the views of the city.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 16, 2010

We booked this room last minute, and was surprised to find a great deal thru google. Although this hotel is going thru renovations, the room was absolutely beautiful. The old building with the contempory furniture was a nice touch. Super comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was really nice and we will definately be back. Can't wait to see it when it is completely done.

  • Liked — I loved the decor in the room, it made you feel like home away from home.
  • Disliked — i would have liked to seen a restaurant in the hotel, to order room service.
