Let me first start off by saying that i've been lucky enough to have stayed at some pretty nice hotels... Andaz San Diego, Cosmo Vegas, Aria Vegas, Hard Rock Orlando ect... and all around this was honestly one of the best hotel stays i've ever had.
We came in on a red eye flight from Seattle (live in Vancouver, Canada) and after travelling for about 14 hours arived at about 10am not expecting to get a room as our check in wasn't until later that day. The front desk staff gave us their one clean room which was a king, and since we had booked two beds later then moved us to a two bed room once we had slept for a few hours. We woke up the next morning at 7am (it was a Friday) to a non stop thumping noise which sounded like a jack hammer. This lasted for 3 hours straight. The hotel was under renovations but this wasn't just a little bit of noise. I called the front desk 3 hours later and she could actually hear what I was complaining about through the phone. She said she understood and actually went to talk to the construction crew and came to our room (with a rather cute engineer which helped! lol) to tell me that they were almost done with the tile removing (hence loud noise) and it wouldn't continue for our stay. And she was right... the noise was very minimal and totally bearable for the rest of our stay. She went out of her way to solve the issue and we so appreciated it. The rest of the staff... front desk, bell hops, room service, cleaning staff (Erica, who every day asked us if we needed anything!) ect were so welcoming and always willing to give their advice/help... it was probably the best customer service from a hotel i've experienced. Just genuinely nice staff.
You can not beat the location!!
Thanks for an amazing stay in Nashville and we hope to come back soon and will definately book at the Indigo again :)
