“Great place, but....”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2013 via mobile

Great place to stay. Nice rooms, clean, staff is friendly and not too bad at $90.00 for a suite. But when you leave, good luck! This hotel and about 5 more and a couple of restaurants are on a street that has NO red light in which to get back on the Main Street and the interstate. And you have to turn left to get to the interstate! That's tough. Need a stop light and this place would be top of the line.

They were very gracious in picking us up at the airport after midnight. I was a little surprised that the front desk agent was the driver. Not sure anyone was onsite during the pickup. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Considering the humidity on the night we arrived it was pretty disappointing to find that the AC was off in our room. It was quite warm and humid (just like the hallway). The bedframe was squeaky, the mattress was saggy and the sheets had holes in the side but at least we got a reasonable nights sleep. I thought the hotel was odd in using styrofoam cups and plates but it appears that that is common in the SE.

Otherwise the hotel is well laid out and in a good location.

The room was very clean, comfortable bed, bathroom fine, breakfast quite standard and overall a good experience. The people at the front desk were not particularly friendly but check in was very quick and the room and internet connection were very good and that is much more important to me than the people at the front desk.
I would definitely come back here in the future as long as the price remains about the same....$100 a night plus local tax.

Overnight family trip to Nashville, upon check in we entered our room. Room was clean and spacious, turned tv on and had no sound. Went and talked to front desk about tv and was given a new room, fron desk was very helpful. On the downside, the hotel itself could use a good cleaning in the public areas. Pool was cloudy and had stuff floating in it, deciding not to swim. Also the advertised fitness room was closed even though the web site said nothing about it being closed. If your looking for a quick reasonably priced room for a one nighter this would work but not good for family vacation.

Easy on and off the highway, but a distance from Nashville downtown.
Staff was very kind and allowed us to check in early, the room was spacious and clean.
The location was perfect for us since we were heading east to Pigeon Forge the next day. Wish we had more time to see the area surrounding the hotel, but already had plans to head to downtown Nashville instead.
The hotel room included breakfast which was excellent. It was not the typical continental type with lots of carbs, but was a full breakfast including scrambled eggs, meat, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal and plenty of hot drink choices.
I would highly recommend this hotel, but it is not close to downtown so a car is needed if that is your destination.

Room Tip: Rooms are not very sound-proof, ask for a corner or end room if possible.

Stayed 3 nights while in Nashville. Close to airport. Breakfast is minimal, and average.....but works for a quick bite. Rooms are kept clean and nice....however, walls are paper thin. I did not get a good nights sleep once! Either heard a tv all night or rowdy people. Yikes!! Beds were comfy yet the noise hindered sleep! I was looking fwd to a hot tub, but the place only has a pool. :(

Overall this hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Cracker Barrel is just across the street along with some other smaller stores within just a few minutes from the hotel, that was nice.

One of the main issues staying here is the hotel's location to other attractions in Nashville. You are going to need to factor in time to and from the hotel to see other attractions because on average it's about 10 miles or more to reach the locations. If that doesn't bother you and you want a reasonable hotel rate with clean rooms with nice staff, then stay at this hotel.
