“A must stop for country music fans, others maybe not so much. One near Opry.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2013

This store, the one out by the Opry complex, is a combination Country & Western music store, tribute to Ernest Tubbs including a large bronze and his tour bus, some other country music memorabilia, and at midnight Saturdays, the long running Midnight Jamboree is through the side door.

“WOW! THE ULTIMATE COUNTRY MUSIC STORE.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 10, 2012

My comments relate to both the Broadway & Music Valley Stores which are a 'must' for any country music lover contempary or otherwise. You will need very deep pockets if you spend any time here as the selection of CDs is remarkable and I doubt if anyone with any interest in this genre will leave empty handed. I was looking for a particular CD which I couldn't find in the Broadway store but the very helpful (and friendly) staff located a copy at the Music Valley Store and had it sent down to collect the next day. Yes it may well be that you can source the odd CD online for a $ or two less but here you get the service and the disc in your hand straight away. The history of recorded Country Music is here under one roof and is the ultimate shopping experience if Country is your thing. As an annual visitor to Nashville I can't wait to return again next year for a happy hour or two of browsing (and spending.....).

“A historical piece”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 28, 2012

Great place to see! The Ernest Tubb history is very interesting; this singer is a country music pioneer. Go there and visit his tour bus: it is quite amazing when you figure out that his gang and him were touring a long time ago. 3 millions miles on the fifth bus out of six he owned during his carreer!

“Nashville Vacation Getaway”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 11, 2012

Was disappointed in the place. Thought with a great name in County Music being represented it would have been nicer. The one in Opryland was closed t 10:00am, and the one in Music City was nothing to write home about. I guess I can say I was there. Once.
