I requested a room on a high floor, and was given a room that really shouldn't be rented at full price. Room tip- avoid room 206, which has the distinct pleasure of ongoing and constant white noise from the building's HVAC system just outside your window, as well as overlooking (by only one floor) the alley that houses the hotel's garbage bins and loading dock.

2 stars because the check in staff were friendly, even if they couldn't switch my room.

Room Tip: Avoid room 206

Stayed for 3 nights, $25 can ride from airport (flat fee) and we were there. Location for honky tonk bars is great, literally around the corner. Country music hall of fame & bridge stone arena across the street.

Rooms big, clean and comfortable, we had nice sitting room & king-size bed, no tub but good shower. Had Hilton status so received lounge access, soft drinks & chips, granola bars available all day, breakfast in lounge was cereals, bakery & eeggs. Think there is a charge for alcohol but with so many bars didn't try it.

Reception ladies were great & had some great recommendations.

Great stay, not the cheapest option but location and service were great.

In my stay here it was perfect location to see Broadway, The Ryman, the Hall of Fame, great food, the river and much more. Would be great for a football game and hockey game. All of this is in walking distance. I had a great stay. I would stay here again.

This is a very nice Hilton. Beautiful, open lobby. Great bartenders. Awesome location. Close to the best that Nashville has to offer. We stayed in an executive floor suite. The room was large and spacious. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were not. Our room was on the Bridgestone Arena side of the hotel. Great for people watching but bad for noise. Honestly my only complaint about this hotel was the noise. The first night I was there, I was out with the crowds enjoying the music. The 2nd night, I needed to get to sleep early but even with ear plugs, I could not drown out the booming music.
The location is awesome - you are very close to Broadway where most of the action occurs. I would consider staying here again but would request a room opposite Bridgestone
Breakfast was really expensive but good. As HH members, we had access to the executive room for complimentary waters, sodas and snacks.
The Omni is a short walk down the road and has an amazing Biscuit Bar (so I hear). I plan to experience that on my next visit.

Room Tip: Request a QUIET room opposite Bridgestone Arena

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville. Located right in the heart of everything -- you can easily make your way to the main strip of Nashville music bars and clubs, the pedestrian foot bridge which takes you over to the Titans stadium, and the foodie restaurants that have popped up nearby. The hotel itself is very nice -- amazing comfortable beds, a nice array of toiletries, and spacious rooms. I like this new trends of bathrooms that feel clearly separated from the room itself. The public areas of the hotel were nicely spaced with features such as piano player nightly and a lively lobby. I had some check in hiccups that were not okay. My team was arriving late so we called ahead to secure the rooms. After a long drive, we arrived and had to wait 15 minutes per person while they figured out which rooms were clean. Price tags on other amenities are high, but service is good. The gift shop was at exploitation prices but the team was very nice. Valet parking is the only option available, but the staff is highly accessible and there was never an extensive wait. So that gets two thumbs up. I also ordered room service and recevied a "tuna burger" that was more breadcrumbs than fish. But the staff was again incredibly kind. This is a nice place with great services -- with improvements around the edges, it could be perfect.

Room Tip: There doesn't seem to be a bad room, but the higher you go up the better views.

Visited Nashville last weekend and stayed at downtown Hilton. It was amazing. The Hotel is awesome. Great rooms, comfy bed. Easy access to downtown Nashville. Definitely will stay again.

The only issue I had was that the breakfast wasn't complimentary. Which, for price of room, was not expected. Otherwise, great hotel in a great location.

We recently had a small family reunion. We reserved a suite on the Hilton Honors level. It was perfect for us! Rooms were big and very clean. Excellent location to walk to nightlife and Country Music Hall of Fame. Nice staff. Bright and cheery!
